Current notices
There are no active recall notices.
No Frankie & Adam product is currently subject to a recall or safety notice. This page is checked and republished with every release, and is updated the same day a notice is issued.
Checking your garment
Every children’s garment we sell carries a permanent tracking label with a batch number. That number is what a recall notice is written against, so it is the fastest way to know whether a notice applies to the item in your hands.
- The product page for each garment says exactly where its label is sewn.
- The batch number is the last block on the label.
- Compare it against the batch numbers listed in any active notice above. If it is not listed, the notice does not affect your garment.
- If the label has worn away or you cannot read it, email us the order reference and we will look up which batch you received.
What we do in a recall
If we ever have to recall a product, this is what happens, in this order:
- We publish here first, with the affected products, the batch numbers and what you should do.
- We email everyone who bought an affected batch, using the order records we hold, whether or not they subscribed to anything.
- We email the safety notices list.
- We stop selling the affected products immediately and remove them from the shop.
- We work with the Consumer Product Safety Commission on the notice and the remedy, and we report as the law requires.
- We pay for return and refund in full, or replace, whichever the notice specifies. You are never out of pocket on a recall.
Getting notified
You do not have to subscribe to anything to be told about a recall on something you bought — we use the order record. The list below is for people who want to hear about notices on products they have not bought, and about new arrivals.
The list is for adults. We hold an email address and nothing else, and every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Reporting a concern
Tell us first and we will act on it: call +1 818 170 3082 or email support@frankadamapparel.shop with the batch number if you have it. We arrange return at our cost and refund in full while we investigate.
You can also report directly to the Consumer Product Safety Commission at any time, whether or not you contact us. File a report at saferproducts.gov or call the CPSC hotline on 800-638-2772. Reports filed there are how patterns across manufacturers get spotted, and we would rather you filed one than stayed quiet.
